Ghost target speed: often in real driving scenarios the driver will adopt speeds lower than the line speed that are not prompted by an infrastructure feature. Eg. the driver may reduce speed to comply with local operating instructions, in response to reduced visibility or poor railhead conditions, or because the train is running ahead of schedule.
